Some people work to cure cancer, others are fighting the war on poverty. Me? My selfless act is to help people spend money on stuff they need, like clothes and bags and makeup and, of course, killer shoes. But, that's not all. I like to eat. And complain (most specifically about how hard it is to be a mom). Oh, and obsess over the next perfect pair of shoes.

Balancing Act
Fashion — like life — is all about balance.
Wearing loose, boyfriend jeans? Pair 'em with a slimmer-fitting top, lest you look big all over.
With skinny-minny pants, wear a flowy top. Unless you want to look cheap.
And, to tone down these hoochie-to-the-max Michael Michael Kors Beverly platforms, I paired 'em with casual boyfriend jeans along with a demure J. Crew cardi. It's a good blend of laidback and glam. I think.

That was my Valentine's Day outfit! Spousal unit and I got to escape to a lovely dinner. :)
Is it wrong that I really love those hoochie shoes?! Great way to rock a pair of boy jeans - I think I am way to short to pull off that look sans dumpy.
if loving hoochie shoes is wrong, i don't wanna be right!lisa, if you wear 5-inch-high heels, no one will notice you're short.
I too, love a hoochie shoe. Trashy shoes, cheap shoes, expensive designer shoes. Just. Love. Shoes!
You look great! I love the whole outfit. The shoes are to die for, and I really like the way you've styled them.
Agree..toning down the wild side that is your rockin' shoes. Not unlike the librarian's glasses and bun;)
