Some people work to cure cancer, others are fighting the war on poverty. Me? My selfless act is to help people spend money on stuff they need, like clothes and bags and makeup and, of course, killer shoes. But, that's not all. I like to eat. And complain (most specifically about how hard it is to be a mom). Oh, and obsess over the next perfect pair of shoes.

Friday Shoe Haiku: A Jimmy Choo Book
A Jimmy Choo book?
That's what I'm talkin' about
'Cuz I can't wear 'em*
*or afford them.
Shoe n' Tell: Jimmy Choo makes some beautiful shoes that I can neither wear (too teetery, usually) nor afford. A new coffee table book "JIMMY CHOO XV," though, seems way more my speed. It looks at the 15 most significant shoes from the company’s archives and reflects on what has made them hallmarks of the brand style and renown. Pretty pictures of pretty shoes? Sign me up.

This must be the year of the shoe books. Louboutin has one too. They are much more affordable than the shoes :)
